Walnut and Maple Cremation Urn

Here I present to you a funeral urn that I particularly like. This cremation urn is made from a combination of black walnut and maple with a light touch of butternut. Very simple, but truly speaking, this piece displays the great beauty hidden in the heart of the boards. See how the grain of the maple with its dancing undulations captures the light and reminisces the beauty and delicacy of peacock feathers.  The maple sawn into several slats to reveal its exquisite pattern is deployed in reflection to create this visually captivating effect. This cremation urn is truly one of a kind and can be the final resting place that honors your loved one. 
 
Meticulously crafted, much attention has been paid to the choice of materials, its handcrafting and its finishing. The latter is a high quality ecological oil applied and sanded by hand in several layers to obtain a soft satin finish and lasting protection. This same treatment is applied inside with an additional thin layer of beeswax, polished to a soft surface to receive and protect your loved one's ashes.
